  • Automatic enrollment for all newly hired graduate nurses.
  • Available at all 12 Sentara hospitals.
  • After orientation, begin your Residency right away.
  • 6-months of hands-on experience alongside trained preceptors in 6 areas: Medical-Surgical, Intermediate Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Operating Room, and Women's Health
