Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited RN Program.

Certification/Licensure: New graduate RNs must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Experience: At Sentara, you are a New Graduate RN if you are about to graduate, or have graduated, and have less than one year of practice.
