Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Project Manager position based in Akron, OH, with a hybrid work option allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely and successful delivery of building automation and HVAC control projects. Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, collaborating with teams, managing logistics, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements and deliver value.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and project delivery
  • Experience as an Expeditor with a proficiency in Expediting and managing timelines
  • Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
  • Expertise in Logistics Management to facilitate efficient operations and delivery
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in building automation or HVAC industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
