About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the management and delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee light commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Direct and coordinate the efforts of on-site and off-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Evaluate project strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
