Senior Project Manager Role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead natural gas pipeline construction and infrastructure projects from planning through execution while helping establish scalable project management processes across the organization. This Senior Project Manager role is highly visible within the company and will work directly with executive leadership to support the company’s transition into larger pipeline and data center infrastructure projects.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee pipeline construction projects, coordinate external vendors and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, support permitting and compliance activities, and help implement the company’s ERP project management module. This Senior Project Manager position requires a hands-on leader who can operate strategically while also driving day-to-day project execution.

Lead end-to-end management of natural gas pipeline construction projects

Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and execution

Implement scalable project management systems, workflows, and operational processes

Help establish and manage the company’s project management ERP module

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, regulatory, and field operations teams

Oversee subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders

Conduct site visits and oversee project quality, safety, and compliance

Manage permitting activities and regulatory coordination for pipeline projects

Develop proactive solutions and present leadership with recommendations for project execution decisions

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies

Work closely with executive leadership on infrastructure growth initiatives

Mentor and oversee internal project resources including field and regulatory personnel

Support scaling operations as the company grows from single projects into multiple concurrent pipeline developments



Senior Project Manager Background Profile:

8–10+ years of project management experience within the energy, midstream, or pipeline infrastructure sector

Minimum 5+ years managing natural gas pipeline construction, transmission, or distribution projects

Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar infrastructure or pipeline construction projects

Strong background in high-pressure pipeline systems preferred

Experience with pipeline construction, field execution, permitting, and regulatory coordination

Compression experience is a strong plus

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical preferred), Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred

PMP certification is preferred but not required

Strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements

Experience implementing project management systems, ERP tools, or operational workflows is highly preferred

Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls experience

Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving infrastructure needs

Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive projects forward independently

Willingness to travel up to 30% for project oversight and field coordination

Valid driver’s license with ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
