Job Title: Senior Project Manager Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives. This individual will manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive complex enterprise initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, executive communication, portfolio management, and change management expertise.

Work Location: Onsite at UPC


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple enterprise projects and programs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate project governance activities including steering committee meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making sessions.
  • Track project scope, timelines, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate resource planning, capacity management, and project prioritization across multiple initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change management activities, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business expectations while minimizing delivery risks.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, KPI metrics, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve successful business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and PMO best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or programs.
