Senior Project Managers at Guarantee Electrical lead some of the most complex and high value Mission Critical projects in the organization. These roles may require full time presence on a job site and carry significant responsibility for project success, client relationships, and organizational growth.


Position Purpose

The Senior Project Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for delivering large scale or multiple concurrent projects while advancing Guarantee Electrical's market position, operational excellence, and leadership pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large or multiple complex projects from planning through completion
  • Develop strategic client relationships that drive repeat business
  • Manage advanced budgets, schedules, and risk strategies
  • Mentor project managers and develop future leaders
  • Influence regional and organizational initiatives
  • Implement innovative construction methodologies
  • Provide executive level reporting and insights
