  • Logistics & Expediting Expertise: Proven hands-on experience acting as an expeditor and managing complex supply chain logistics, material tracking, and site delivery operations.
  • Inspection & Quality Control: Solid background handling field inspection standards to verify project compliance against blueprints, structural specifications, and industry safety regulations.
  • Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize heavy workloads, and make data-driven decisions under tight time constraints.
  • Technical Software Literacy: High proficiency in dedicated project management software (e.g., MS Project or similar scheduling tools), spreadsheets, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical field experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous hands-on project management experience specifically within the sports facilities construction, specialized athletic surfacing, or related commercial civil infrastructure industries.
  • Active licensing or certifications as a Building Contractor or General Contractor.
  • Strong regional vendor and subcontractor management networks within the South-Central / Oklahoma construction market.
