We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and DOT infrastructure projects across the Springfield, Missouri region. In this role, you'll own safety, schedule, cost, and execution-partnering with field teams, subcontractors, and public agency clients to deliver high-quality work that keeps communities moving.

What You'll Do
  • Lead project management teams in delivering DOT, roadway, bridge, and civil infrastructure projects
  • Serve as the primary liaison with DOT agencies, municipalities, and public stakeholders
  • Own overall project performance-safety, schedule, budget, and profitability
  • Oversee execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with plans and specifications
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and compliance with DOT regulations and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents, engineers, and field teams to drive production and resolve challenges
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Project Manager.

  • A seasoned heavy civil leader experience delivering DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects
  • Experienced working with state DOTs (e.g., Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT)), municipalities, and public funding requirements
  • A hands-on Senior Project Manager who owns safety, schedule, budget, and client relationships from start to finish
  • Strong in cost control, forecasting, and managing project profitability
