Job description

Cascade Spine Center is looking for a Full-time Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp to join the team.

What You Will Do   (Job Summary): The Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp  provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies.  This position will do some intra-operative duties, as well.    The Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Monday-Friday daytime work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Required Skills
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • 1+ years of Registered Nurse experience in a clinical setting.   Peri-operative experience preferred.  
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
  • Current BLS & ACLS accredited by AHA 
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
  • Full range of physical mobility (position requires sustained sitting, standing, stooping, lifting as much as 50 lbs., carrying, repetitive motions, reading, answering phones, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to problem solve with minimal direction or guidance
  • Willingness to maintain a clean, organized environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
