Are you passionate about caring for a vulnerable population of seniors and coordinating their services so they can thrive in a homelike environment? If so, this opportunity may be for you!
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Central Oregon team. This position has opportunities to serve multiple communities in Central Oregon, depending on current needs. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:
  • Nurse delegation per OSBN
  • Complete resident health assessments
  • Monitoring of resident overall health
  • Communication with physicians and outside providers
  • Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff
  • Tracking and auditing of medication and treatment orders
  • Part of service planning team
  • Coordination of resident care
  • Participate in care conferences
  • Participate and direct quality assurance investigations
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
  • Communicate with state and assist in surveys
  • Help foster a positive team attitude in the community
  • AND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility. Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly.
