Job description

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel and resort facilities, providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various hotel and resort equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support special projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property, including grounds and common areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
