WORK Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Finance/Controller to help lead a missiondriven organization that is transforming lives across Massachusetts. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will guide the companyโ€™s financial operations with a blend of strategic insight and handson technical expertise. Youโ€™ll manage a talented accounting team, oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and champion process improvements that strengthen our financial foundation.
