Community Training Specialist (CTS-Direct Care)

Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)

Braintree

Full and Part Time positions (Day, Evening and Overnights)

Salary - $22.00/Hr.

WORK Inc., one of New England's most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities is seeking applications for Direct Care positions in one of our residential programsserving individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experience. We are seeking afull timeanda part timeCommunity Training Specialists (CTS) who will support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence, while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assistingclients with completing their hygiene, development ofindependence,responsibilityand self-worth
  • Preparing and implementing program goals, individuals' service plans, treatment plans, etc.
  • Developing positive relationships with individuals, families,guardiansand service providers
  • Assistingclients to obtainappropriate healthcareservices and promoting healthy lifestyle choices

Minimum requirements:

  • Fluent in American Sign Language
