The flexibility allows you to manage your schedule efficiently, with core hours established from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate customized treatment plans incorporating evidence-backed methodologies.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other validated practices to help clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards, maintaining strict confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the quality of care and service delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment paths, and community resources available to support their wellness journey.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of mental health, integrating new research findings into practice to continually improve client outcomes.

Our therapists work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The range of clients encompasses various age groups and backgrounds, requiring flexibility and sensitivity in treatment approaches. In this setting, your expertise will directly contribute to improving the mental health and overall quality of life for our clients.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program is preferred.
• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Exemplary skills in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions aimed at meeting individual client needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking abilities essential for fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
