Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for development.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, facilitating open dialogue to ensure client goals are met.
• Utilize teletherapy options for clients facing accessibility barriers or those preferring remote sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse client base within the community, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience
