• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to support personal growth and healing.
• Collaborate actively with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly track progress, ensuring transparency and adaptability in treatment approaches.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in line with state regulations and best practices, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for streamlined management.
• Engage in regular case reviews with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights that facilitate ongoing professional development.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • Must be a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Demonstrable experience working with both adult and youth populations, employing a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to each demographic.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting is highly desirable.
