Our commitment to clinical excellence and innovative therapy solutions has positioned us as one of the fastest-growing behavioral health practice groups in the country.

Work Environment

This position offers a dynamic remote work environment, equipped with all necessary technological resources to maintain effective and engaging client interactions. Our community health clinic's ethos emphasizes collaboration among team members, ensuring that every therapist has the support required to succeed in their practice. This flexibility allows our professionals to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
  • Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to support personal growth and healing.
  • Collaborate actively with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly track progress, ensuring transparency and adaptability in treatment approaches.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in line with state regulations and best practices, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for streamlined management.
  • Engage in regular case reviews with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights that facilitate ongoing professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our commitment to inclusivity ensures that all clients feel welcomed and supported on their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • Must be a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapeutic services is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience working with both adult and youth populations, employing a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to each demographic.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a community health clinic setting is highly desirable.
  • Certification or specialized training in relevant therapeutic modalities (such as EMDR or play therapy) is a plus.
  • A track record of successfully developing and implementing effective treatment plans that result in positive patient outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our benefits package includes:

  • Flexible work schedules that promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Generous compensation with unlimited earning potential through performance incentives.
  • A Long-Term Incentive Program that awards annual stock options.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.
