Pay Scale: Hourly wages are between $16.90 – 19.50
Schedule: Evenings and Weekends

                                              
Duties include but are not limited to:
 
  • Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Assists office staff during no rush hours and whenever possible.
  • Assists with clerical duties as requested.
  • Files all business office documents.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned. 
Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
