Location: Mt Laurel, NJ
Employment Type: Non-exempt, Full Time, In Person
Department: Children's Residential

Hourly Rate: $19.19-$19.58 Plus additional incentive
Direct Support Professional
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and teens? Are you looking for a new challenge with real purpose? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within Bancroft's Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program, you'll support children with autism and disabilities and empower them to realize their best life.

Bancroft is hiring throughout Burlington and Camden County. The Transitional program is located in Mount Laurel. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including full-time, 2nd shift and overnights which require one of the weekend days.

Qualifications
We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
  • Have a current driver's license in good standing
  • Looking to fill Wednesday 2p-10p, Thur 12p-10p, Fri 2p-10p, & Sat 7a-9p

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
