Your time here will look something like this... The Leadership Associate Program is a 24-month developmental experience consisting of two 12-month rotations across Citi's Consumer Bank. Each rotation is designed to provide meaningful business exposure, leadership development, and hands-on experience solving real business challenges

Leadership Associates may rotate through areas such as: Credit Cards Analytics & Pricing Citi Retail Services Marketing Client Experience Operations Risk Functional opportunities may include: Product Management Project Management Strategy Innovation Marketing Customer Experience Risk & Controls Analytics Throughout the program, you'll broaden your skill set, build a strong professional network, and gain valuable insight into the diverse functions that drive Citi's Consumer Bank.
