Join Our GME Faculty Team!

Parkview Physicians Group is recruiting a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician who is passionate about graduate medical education to serve as faculty in our outpatient clinic in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This role offers the opportunity to integrate clinical practice, resident supervision, and educational leadership while contributing to the ongoing development of an Internal Medicine residency program.

Specifics of The Role:

  • This position offers a split between faculty duties and clinical work in the Continuity Clinic.
  • Protected time is provided to support core academic responsibilities, including resident education, evaluation, and program participation, in accordance with the GME requirements
  • Fulltime, salaried faculty position that includes a robust benefits package, retirement options, paid time off, and a minimal call commitment.
  • Opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice with the backing of the regions leading healthcare organization.
  • Supervise and mentorship to Internal Medicine residents in the Residency Clinic while helping build a strong, foundational IM program.
  • Residents completing training are encouraged to apply, particularly those pursuing a career in academic medicine
