Job Description
Our Leadership Associate Program offers a unique development experience that enables high potential, early career talent, to build the broad capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career as a future commercial leader at Visa.
Our world-class programming will allow participants to build their network, understand our business, obtain a global mindset and acquire new skills, on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders.
Rotational Assignments:
  • You'll experience four six-month distinct rotational assignments over two years, while on the program
  • These rotations are shaped around four core competencies that we've identified as essential components of the future leader toolkit; Working with Clients, Product Development, Financial and Data Acumen and Strategic Thinking
  • You'll have the ability to choose from a range of assignments within these four competencies across functions including Marketing, Fintech Partnerships, Product Management, Sales, Social Impact and many more!

Training and Development:
  • Every six months you'll enjoy a full week of classroom-based training with your entire cohort from around the US. Each of our development weeks is themed around our organization's leadership principles aimed at providing practical and applicable skills such as data analysis and visualization, influence and persuasion, executive presence, design thinking, project management and much more.
  • You'll also hear directly from Visa leaders, subject matter experts and program alumni as part of an ongoing effort to build foundation payment industry knowledge
  • You'll be assigned a mentor during the program that will help to build your network, set realistic yet challenging goals and offer career advice.

All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Less than 6 months of relevant work experience with either Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating May 2026 - August 2027
  • Must be available to start working August/September 2027 - no early or late start dates to ensure a common onboarding experience and development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications
  • All majors are welcome to apply (common majors: Business Administration, Management Information Systems, International Business, Management, Finance)
  • Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools and software (For example: Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications, and communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
  • Familiarity, experience, and interest in GenAI
  • The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
  • Strong ability to collaborate
  • Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
  • Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional information:
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $95,680 USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
