Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A to help scale our financial planning and decision-making as we enter our next phase of growth. This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leaders across the business to build planning processes, develop insights, and support strategic initiatives that directly impact company performance. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, building models from the ground up, and influencing decisions in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Own and continuously improve planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across corporate and commercial functions
  • Partner with FP&A colleagues supporting global operations to align inputs and drive consistency at scale
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that enable real-time, data-driven decisions
  • Develop long-range financial models to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and capital allocation
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to executive and business leaders by analyzing financial trends and performance
  • Support high-impact, cross-functional projects tied to growth, transformation, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare board, shareholder, and investor-facing materials with a strong focus on storytelling and clarity
  • Support investor communications and related strategic activities as needed

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment, or consulting
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience working with financial systems and tools such as Power BI, OneStream, Priority, and PowerPoint
  • Strategic thinker who can blend qualitative judgment with quantitative rigor
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts for senior audiences
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Builder mentality - willing to roll up your sleeves, create structure, and drive outcomes
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to travel periodically, including internationally
