Job description

ASR International is seeking a highly qualified Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to support the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) in Bridgeport, California. This full-time onsite position provides Information Management (IM), Knowledge Management (KM), SharePoint Online administration, Microsoft 365 support, Power Platform development, process improvement, user training, and technical advisory services in support of mission-critical operations.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary Information Management support resource for MCMWTC, supporting collaborative environments, information governance, SharePoint administration, Power Apps development, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and end-user support within secured Department of Defense environments. This position requires onsite support Monday through Friday and interaction with both NIPRNET and SIPRNET environments.Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Information Management and SharePoint SME supporting Marine Corps operations.
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions including: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Develop and implement workflow automation and business process improvements.
  • Resolve user trouble tickets and technical issues related to SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate Information Management and Knowledge Management working groups.
  • Provide end-user training, coaching, and technical guidance.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with Government leadership, functional stakeholders, and Information Management representatives.
  • Perform SharePoint Administrator functions supporting installation and tenant organizations.
  • Participate in planning meetings, project reviews, and command information management initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports and status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense, Marine Corps, and Information Assurance requirements.
  • Support classified and unclassified information environments as required.

Required QualificationsExperience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering and developing SharePoint Online environments.
  • Experience with: Information architecture, Permissions management, Content governance, Data management, Workflow automation
  • Minimum 1 year of documented training, instructional, coaching, or end-user support experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
Required Microsoft Certifications / TrainingCandidates must possess or complete the following certifications/training prior to performance start:
  • MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • MS-700 Teams Administrator Associate
  • PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals
  • PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate
  • MS-721 Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
  • PL-600 Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert
Equivalent proof of Microsoft training completion may be accepted where certifications are retired.Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous support to the U.S. Marine Corps or Department of Defense.
  • Experience supporting Information Management or Knowledge Management programs.
  • Experience working in classified environments.
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN).
  • Experience supporting military operational or training organizations.
  • Current Secret or Top Secret clearance.
