Job description

Power Platform Developer
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will develop, improve, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. You will work directly with a Power Platform Architect, following established solution architecture and best practices while turning clear requirements into well-designed, user-friendly applications and workflows.
Your work will include managing SharePoint sites that support our applications and automations, maintaining existing lists, and ensuring data structures and permissions are correctly implemented. You will also assist with managing the Power Platform environment, including app permissions, environment access, and making sure solutions follow consistent governance standards. On a typical week, you might be building a new Canvas App, refining the user experience of an existing tool, troubleshooting an automation, updating SharePoint list schema, validating details with stakeholders, or exploring newer Power Platform capabilities, including Copilot. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, communicates well, and can work independently while staying connected to the team. This role requires someone who understands the business context and can deliver practical solutions that create real impact through both new development and ongoing enhancements.

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Apps
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Automate development work
  • 2+ years of experience integrating SharePoint Online with Power Platform Solutions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse as a data source in Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Power BI, including report building and embedding in SharePoint or Power Apps
  • Experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Power Platform AI Builder models

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
