Job Summary

The Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 solutions to modernize enterprise applications, automate workflows, and improve reporting capabilities. The role translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting application development, system integration, data management, automation, and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform applications using canvas apps and model-driven apps.
  • Build workflow automation using Power Automate Desktop.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports.
  • Create Dataverse-based applications integrated with Azure and enterprise data sources.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and application solutions.
  • Perform system analysis, application development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Support application lifecycle management, release planning, and environment management.
  • Manage backlog items and participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues while optimizing system performance.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Communicate technical solutions and provide user support during implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
  • Experience with systems analysis, application development, and software testing.
  • Experience with data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI and Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure and enterprise data sources.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application modernization projects.
