Summary
Information Systems Analyst (ISA) Contractor with extensive experience in application development, reporting, data processing, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and a proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance enterprise applications should possess the following skills:
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Visual Studio C# development, including:
    • Web-based application development (ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core)
    • Windows-based application development (WinForms and/or WPF)
  • Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), including report development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Power BI for developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • GitHub, including source control management, branching, merging, and collaboration workflows.
  • Automation applications and services that automatically monitor designated folders, retrieve incoming files, validate data, process files, and execute scheduled tasks without manual intervention.
    • Parsing and validating files
    • Importing and processing enrollment data
    • Troubleshooting transaction issues
    • Developing applications to automate the processing of files
  • Experience creating applications or Windows Services that can automatically pick up files from local directories, SFTP servers, or network locations and execute the required processing workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance existing applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
