Semper Home Loans is hiring a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to power our growth. You’ll be cold-calling, booking appointments, and generating leads to connect our loan officers with new clients and realtor partners.

What You’ll Do:
  • Make outbound calls daily to prospects and referral partners.
  • Book qualified appointments for loan officers.
  • Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Track activity in CRM to keep pipeline organized.

Experience We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling.
  • Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to hit call/appointment targets.
  • Mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus.
