In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in retail technology with a strong focus on Oracle XStore POS
Experience in Point of Sale systems.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and delivery in XStore POS implementations.
• Experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and integration with retail applications and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
• Experience in retail business processes, store operations, and POS transaction flows.
• Experience participating in functional testing and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with onsite-offshore coordination and technical workstream management.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience leading design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale POS solutions in a multi-vendor environment.
• Experience in integration patterns for POS systems (APIs, services, middleware, store back-office interfaces).
• Experience conducting code reviews, establishing development best practices, and ensuring performance and security standards.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex POS issues, including device integration, transaction processing, and store connectivity.
• Exposure to loyalty, promotions, payments, or omnichannel retail flows.
• Ability to mentor developers, conduct technical workshops, and drive continuous engineering improvement.
• Experience operating within a Global Delivery Model.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
