Who Weโ€™re Looking For

  • At leastย 2โ€“3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing roleย (mattress industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
  • Weekend availability required
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent follow-up skills (calls, messages, and emails) to convert leads into sales and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Strong interest in understanding customer needs, sleep habits, and lifestyle factors to recommend the right products
  • Ability to quickly learn and confidently present product knowledge.
