Who Weโre Looking For
- At leastย 2โ3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing roleย (mattress industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent follow-up skills (calls, messages, and emails) to convert leads into sales and build long-term relationships with customers
- Strong interest in understanding customer needs, sleep habits, and lifestyle factors to recommend the right products
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently present product knowledge.

- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand and assist customers for extended periods
- Comfortable using technology (tablets, CRM systems, scheduling tools)
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
- Deliver a personalized and high-quality in-store shopping experience
- Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and emails to convert leads into sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge across sleep products.
- Manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- Use sales systems, CRM tools, and order management systems effectively
