Position Overview
Assistant Professor of Piano for Eastern New Mexico Univ. to work at our Portales, NM loc.
Evening or weekend course hours may be required.
Teach Applied Piano, Class Piano, Piano Pedagogy, and Piano Literature. Provide private piano and class piano instruction to piano majors, piano minors, choral and instrumental music education majors, vocal performance majors, composition minors, and non-majors. Recruiting, directing the Preparatory Program and creating a regional Piano Festival. Teach additional music courses as needed by the department (collaborative piano, introductory music courses, aural skills, music theory). Other related duties as assigned.
May undergo background checks incl ref checks.
