As a physical therapist at Up Stream Physiotherapy Clinic, you will work onsite in a collaborative, outpatient office setting. • Conduct thorough patient evaluations by gathering comprehensive medical history and performing specific physical assessments.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring active participation in setting rehabilitation goals.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs, adapting your approach based on ongoing assessments and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals when necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions and modifying care practices accordingly.
• Manage the discharge planning process, coordinating follow-up care and ensuring timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment activities.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and timeliness for all patient appointments and meetings, while participating in marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.
• Develop and execute departmental goals, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Engage in continuous professional education to enhance clinical competencies and guide students as a clinical instructor.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient access to care and enhancing the customer experience.

At Up Stream Physiotherapy Clinic, you will provide care for a diverse range of patients, predominantly individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our clinic is known for its patient-centered approach, where you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with your patients as you guide them through their recovery journeys.

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Must possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 and is complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
