Whether you're coming to Montrose Regional Health as a patient, prospective patient or to visit a loved one, we will do everything we can to make your visit comfortable. About The Career:Manage Patient Access Process Improvement Coordinators, Leads and staff. Provide support in maintaining the day to day operations. Managing would include validating that all operations are completed on a daily basis, and any outstanding processes are addressed and supported. Identify Meditech System or Relay issues, and make recommendations for system changes. Work with Lead staff to plan and schedule resources to meet timely and complete registration processes as well as achieve departmental goals including point of service cash collection in all areas. Maintain a detailed knowledge of all process's within the department. Main Admissions and ED may require daily staffing changes to maintain quality and productivity. Due to 24/7 shifts it is urgent that all shifts are supported to maintain standardization for processes within the department. Implement new projects, while maintaining day to day operations. Maintain internal dashboards, while identifying areas in need of improvement and making recommendations for improvement practices. The registration of patient's in all patient access areas secures patient safety while maintaining an accurate and timely bill. Accurate and timely billing is revenue generating for Montrose Memorial Hospital. The correct registration also supports a clean claim, avoiding a denial from payor related edits, and maximizing reimbursement.All About You:High school diploma or equivalent.Associate degree preferredCHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate) preferred.Knowledge of: Medicare, Medicaid and third-party payer requirements, guidelines and policies preferred.
