Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Respond to inbound leads, referrals, walk-ins, and client inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance solutions.
  • Support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines clients with service, coverage questions, policy changes, and account needs.
  • Assist with renewals, certificates, endorsements, and general account servicing.
  • Re-engage former clients and pursue opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience aligned with Trucordia's values and service standards.

Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • 2-4+ years of insurance experience.
  • Personal Lines experience required.
  • Commercial Lines exposure strongly preferred.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing service and sales responsibilities.

The draw/salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000+, depending on factors such as geographic location, years of insurance sales experience, existing or portable book of business, and demonstrated ability to grow book revenue.
This role offers base compensation plus 25% commission on new business.
High-performing individuals have the opportunity to increase earnings through new business production, cross-selling, upselling, and client relationship development.
