The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex insurance needs into clear, actionable product requirements. You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on high-value features that align with organizational goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business and program stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and translate business vision into user stories.
Requirement Analysis: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital integration, specifically within P&C insurance workflows. Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team delivers quality increments consistently. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that product increments adhere to architectural standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge and experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. Platform Familiarity: Proven exposure to and understanding of core Insurance platforms, specifically Duckcreek and Guidewire. Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in backlog grooming and user story development. Certification: Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is highly preferred.
