CARE Veterinary Center is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Day Shift team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Frederick, MD.

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and patients alike. Your life-changing work will range from coordinating appointments and managing patient admissions and discharges, to providing exceptional client service and helping families navigate every step of their pet's visit.

Your Experience & Skills 

·          Minimum 1 years of clinical veterinary experience

·          Customer/Client Service experience required
