Construction Superintendent – Mission Critical / Industrial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support a large-scale mission-critical construction project in Chandler, Arizona. This position is ideal for candidates with experience overseeing highly technical construction projects such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, oil & gas facilities, industrial processing plants, power generation facilities, clean rooms, or other complex construction environments.
The Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and directing all field activities, subcontractors, and trades from project startup through completion. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical construction while maintaining responsibility for all project disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and architectural scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily field operations on large-scale industrial or mission-critical construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and trades on site
• Drive project safety, quality, schedule, and production goals
• Lead daily coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project management and field teams
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and subcontractor work plans
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project progress
• Monitor project milestones and ensure work is completed according to schedule
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and project closeout
• Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce site safety requirements
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience overseeing large, complex construction projects from the field
• Strong electrical construction knowledge and coordination experience
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously
• Experience in one or more of the following environments:
