Be the Safety Leader on High‐Profile Intel Projects

Quality “Plus” Services is hiring a Safety Coordinator to support major Intel construction projects in Chandler, AZ. If you’re detail‐driven, confident in the field, and experienced enforcing safety on active construction sites—this is a role where your expertise truly matters.

You’ll be the boots‐on‐the‐ground safety professional, ensuring crews, subcontractors, and leadership are aligned with OSHA standards and Intel’s strict safety requirements. This is not a desk job—this is a visible, respected, and essential role on elite job sites.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Enforce OSHA, local, and Intel‐specific safety standards on active construction sites
  • Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
  • Lead or support incident and near‐miss investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
  • Deliver toolbox talks, site orientations, and safety training
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation (reports, logs, checklists, training records)
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and Intel safety teams
  • Support emergency preparedness plans and drills
  • Identify safety trends and recommend continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For (Required)

  • OSHA 30‐Hour Construction certification
  • 3+ years of construction safety experience on active job sites
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license

⭐ Preferred (Big Plus)

  • Prior experience on Intel construction sites or high‐tech / semiconductor facilities
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
  • Additional certifications such as CHST, ASP, or CSP
  • Familiarity with safety management software and digital reporting

  • Must be able to meet all Intel site access, background, and safety screening requirements
  • Must be eligible to work full‐time in Chandler, AZ
