The Instructional Design Manager is pivotal in shaping the learning landscape for our brands. This role will drive the creation of dynamic and impactful training programs, establish solutions that empower team members at all levels and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, they will deliver innovative learning experiences that engage and inspire, ultimately enhancing operational performance and brand growth.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Req
Master's Degree Pref
Work Experience
5+ years experience in instructional design Pref
2-4 years โ€ข Experience working as an instructional design manager Pref
โ€ข Experience working with/in the restaurant industry, preferred
โ€ข Experience working in a franchise environment is a plus

Skills and Abilities
โ€ข Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory, with the ability to translate ID jargon and requirements into terms easily understood by non-technical individuals.
โ€ข Experience developing blended learning solutions that drive performance improvement.
โ€ข Expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Proffered experience with Adobe Suite software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
โ€ข Strong eLearning design and development skills. Experience with Storyline, a plus.
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to edit content and grammar consistently.
โ€ข Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple overlapping tasks for self and through others.
โ€ข Ability to collaborate, influence and communicate effectively across various levels of management.
โ€ข Experience developing team member and/or management curriculums.
