Job description

Hyperion Solutions Group (HSG) is a Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Minority Business. HSG provides professional services and innovative solutions to our clients. Our expertise ranges from strategic intelligence analysis, intelligence resources requirements, force development, budgeting and resources management, strategic planning, strategic communications, and knowledge management services, among others. Hyperion Solutions Group is in Bowie, MD. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

HSG has an immediate opening for an Intelligence Collection Management Specialist supporting the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Intelligence (G-2), Department of the Army. The position is in the Washington, DC/Pentagon area. This is a full-time position.

The Intelligence Collection Management Specialist provides full-spectrum intelligence support to acquisition programs within the U.S. Intelligence Community. The position bridges technical intelligence functions and program administrative coordination, ensuring acquisition stakeholders receive timely, actionable intelligence products while maintaining strict compliance with applicable security protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Intelligence & Collection Management

  • Collaborate with acquisition stakeholders to define and refine intelligence requirements aligned with program objectives and phase-specific priorities.
  • Develop, execute, and assess intelligence collection plans leveraging multi-disciplinary sources — including HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT — in full compliance with applicable laws, policies, and directives.
  • Process, analyze, and exploit collected data to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products, including threat assessments, technology forecasts, and vulnerability analyses.
  • Disseminate finished intelligence to relevant stakeholders via appropriate formats and secure communication channels, ensuring products are tailored to audience needs.
  • Evaluate intelligence support effectiveness through stakeholder feedback loops, applying lessons learned to continuously improve collection plans and analytical products.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, adversarial developments, and industry trends that may impact acquisition programs, providing early warning of threats and opportunities.

Conference & Administrative Coordination

  • Identify and secure suitable venues for conferences and working groups, evaluating size, location, accessibility, and technical infrastructure requirements.
  • Coordinate all logistical elements including scheduling, room configuration, on-site security arrangements, and audio-visual support.
  • Manage the secure transport, receipt, storage, and post-event disposition or destruction of classified conference materials in strict accordance with applicable security protocols.
  • Coordinate visitor access with security personnel to ensure all attendees receive timely and appropriate facility access authorizations.
  • Collaborate with speakers and presenters to develop polished, consistently formatted PowerPoint presentations that comply with content and security guidelines.
  • Establish, configure, and test video teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities for all sessions of the Program Control Management Board (PCMB), PCM Working Group, and PCMB Executive Steering Group — ensuring reliable, seamless remote participation.

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance (required at time of hire; no interim clearances accepted)
  • Collection Management Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP) or in a formal Collection Management role
  • Intelligence Community Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience operating within the U.S. Intelligence Community
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in multi-source collection planning, intelligence product development, and stakeholder coordination in a classified environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, National Security, or a related field
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and program lifecycle phases
  • Experience supporting executive-level briefings and working groups
  • Proficiency with IC-standard dissemination platforms and VTC systems
