Full-time humanitarians often encounter challenges such as working in high-stress environments, adapting to rapidly changing situations, and managing limited resources. Balancing personal well-being with the emotional demands of aiding vulnerable populations can also be difficult. Effective strategies include building strong support networks within the team, maintaining open communication, participating in regular training, and prioritizing self-care to prevent burnout. Many organizations also offer resources and counseling to help staff manage the pressures of the role.

What are Full Time Humanitarians?
