Employment Services Coordinator

Do you enjoy helping people reach their employment goals, staying organized, and building meaningful connections? Join Work Skills Corporation as an Employment Services Coordinator!

In this role, you’ll help coordinate employment and vocational services from referral through completion. You’ll work with individuals, employers, schools, Job Mentors, community partners, and referral sources to help people build skills and achieve successful employment outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate participant schedules and employment services
  • Manage authorizations, deadlines, and documentation
  • Communicate with employers, schools, Job Mentors, and community partners
  • Support quality and accurate case documentation
  • Connect individuals with job-shadowing, career exploration, and work-based learning opportunities
  • Build relationships with employers and community organizations
  • Provide direct vocational support when needed

Schedule amp; Qualifications
