Reports To: VP of Human Resources

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR professional to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This role combines core HR service delivery with corporate office support, talent acquisition, onboarding, ERP project participation, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and strategic partner, capable of managing multiple priorities while enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate HR Services & Office Support

  • Provide HR support to corporate office employees, including employee relations, policy guidance, and HR operations.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure smooth office management and coordination of corporate initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate departments and HR to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.

ERP & Special Projects

  • Participate in ERP-related HR projects, including system upgrades, data integrity initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing HR technology solutions and change management efforts.

Internal Communications

  • Draft organizational announcements, including new hire introductions and leadership updates.
  • Develop and manage internal newsletters and other communication channels to promote transparency and engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company culture and values.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience in internal communications.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with internal branding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of change management and organizational development principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience with creative tools such as InDesign, Canva, TeamVibe, LinkedIN, etc.
