Position Summary:

Responsible forthe implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS platforms such as Paylocityand, harri. Act as the technical backbone of HR, ensuring that systems supportpayroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and compliancerequirements while providing accurate reporting and analytics fordecision-making. Ensure the department maintains the quality, consistency, andintegrity of HR data across all systems.

Essential Functions andResponsibilities:

  • Performs hiring and onboarding of employees ensuring all requiredtasks and compliance documents are completed
  • Processes transfers, promotions and demotions of employees in HRsystems
  • Distributes and tracks HR compliance tracks for all assignedemployees as required
  • Serves as first point of contact for HRIS related employeequestions and handles HRIS inbox tasks accordingly
  • Develop customized HR reports and distributes to assigned partiesper request
  • Supports troubleshooting of HRIS issues such as data transferissues, process flaws, data discrepancies, recommends solutions and works withvendor providers to ensure prompt resolution
  • Perform data integrity tasks on a regular basis, make correctionsas needed and ensure systems remain clean and compliant
  • Assists supervisor in developing and delivering HR systemtrainings to support field operations and develops SOPs and training guides asneeded
  • Performs system validation and testing and supports adequateimplementation of system changes and updates
  • Supports user access addition, removal and updates as requested bymanagement
  • Prepares, analyzes and presents audit documentation as requested
  • Supports NRO set ups and implementations
  • Provides recommendations in the development and automation of HRIStasks to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Supports system implementations, upgrades and other HRIS projects as requested
  • Perform data analysis, data updates, exports, imports as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal andtime management skills as well as sound judgment, discretion, and initiative.
  • Ability to compile,prepare, organize and analyze data for reporting and trend analysis.
  • Ability to multi-task andcreate efficient processes. Displays strategic thinking and good judgment when facedwith complex or difficult situations and decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based programs.

Education/Experience:

  • ABachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required. Acombination of education and experience might be used in lieu of collegedegree.
  • Aminimum offive (5) years of experience in an HRIS role is required.Experience with relevant HRIS and ATS systems (i.e. Paylocity, Harri).
