We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Better Movement Coaching Hub. As a full-time therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare and contributing to our mission of enhancing mental well-being and family relationships. This position allows you to work remotely while also having the opportunity to connect with patients in our outpatient office setting located in Austin, Texas.

This role provides a unique flexibility of remote work combined with the option of in-person sessions at our modern outpatient facility in Austin, Texas. Therapists will benefit from a collegial work environment supported by full administrative staff, allowing you to focus solely on patient care without the distractions of administrative duties. Your workspace will be equipped with the latest technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions, whether they occur via telemedicine or in-person.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients and families to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, addressing various issues such as grief, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and challenges related to blended families.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients through their challenges, helping them develop healthier coping mechanisms.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Participating in team meetings and continuing education to remain updated on best practices in behavioral health.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including:

• Couples and families facing challenges such as separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.
• Individuals dealing with issues related to alcohol abuse, physical or psychological abuse, grief and loss, and job stress.
• Children and adolescents requiring individualized therapy.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and providing compassionate patient care.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a similar setting.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• A passion for professional growth and a desire to expand your expertise in behavioral health.
