Location: Trenton, NJ (On site)

Must be able to get hands dirty; Gemini SME; this person must have understand the cloud infrastructure; early stage project will be soft work – building use cases in how the agencies can use Gemini, assisting with use case. How will it be integrated into the agency.
Implementation/integration – how do you tie to O365, SharePoint, etc.
Job Description

We are looking for a Google Gemini Enterprise Architect to provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and hands-on support for integrating Google Gemini Enterprise with business workflows, Microsoft 365 ecosystem products, and enterprise systems. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid.
Please note: the first 120 days will be 100% onsite. After that, it will be hybrid with 3-days onsite in Trenton and 2-days remote.
What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Google Gemini Enterprise across internal agencies
  • Provide strategic consultation on AI-driven business solutions and implementation best practices
  • Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for Gemini Enterprise integration across business processes
  • Lead and support integration efforts between Google Gemini Enterprise and enterprise workflows and systems
  • Design and implement integration architectures that align with organizational security and compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective integration solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and integration specifications
  • Develop implementation playbooks and use case libraries for common business scenarios
  • Mentor team members on Gemini Enterprise capabilities and integration techniques
  • Stay current on Gemini Enterprise enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Identify innovative applications of AI technology to solve business challenges
  • Evaluate and optimize existing implementations to improve performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously enhance solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic improvements to enterprise AI capabilities
What You'll Need
Required:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Gemini Enterprise
  • Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms with business workflows and systems
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert or technical consultant in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • Deep understanding of Google Gemini Enterprise architecture, APIs, and integration capabilities
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and AWS
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Outlook, and Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong project management capabilities
Preferred:
  • Google Cloud Platform certifications
  • Experience with API integration, authentication protocols, and data security practices
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell
  • Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices
  • Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption initiatives
