  • Partner with Communications, Central Services, and the Multiplication team to ensure Online Ministries are clearly represented across church platforms and accessible within church houses.
  • Collaborate with the Multiplication Pastor and Ministry Directors to evaluate current ministry effectiveness, anticipate future needs, and plan new initiatives that strengthen discipleship pathways and multiplication efforts.
  • Build, refine, and maintain a ministry playbook and standard operating procedures for consistent execution of Online Ministries.
  • Identify roadblocks to online ministry effectiveness and bring proactive solutions and recommendations to the Multiplication Pastor.
  • Steward the Online Ministries budget in alignment with ministry priorities, approved spending plans, and future growth opportunities.
  • Participate in annual and ongoing ministry planning, helping forecast resource needs, operational improvements, and strategic priorities for upcoming ministry cycles.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with key online ministry leaders and volunteers, providing intentional care, encouragement, and spiritual shepherding.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead online ministry volunteers with defined roles, clear expectations, and ongoing support.
