Full-Time Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Precision Imaging Centers is expanding across Northeast Florida, and we are excited to welcome a Full-Time Front Desk Guest Ambassador to our Gate Parkway location.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for patients and visitors. Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is strongly preferred!
Position Overview
As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
This role combines front desk responsibilities, patient support, and service excellence. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable explaining healthcare information to patients in a clear and approachable way.
Essential Job Functions
  • Greet patients and guests warmly while providing exceptional customer service (35%)
  • Answer patient questions and provide information regarding procedures and wait times (35%)
  • Manage patient registration and direct guests appropriately (10%)
  • Promote and educate patients about available services (5%)
  • Stock refreshments and encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews (5%)
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area (10%)
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in marketing-related initiatives and community outreach when applicable
  • Assist with compiling reports and supporting front desk operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant service, front desk, or patient-facing roles preferred
