We are seeking experienced Fish Cutters to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly cutting fresh fish and seafood, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities

  • Carefully clean, fillet, and portion fish and seafood according to specified standards and client preferences
