About the Role:
Join Gomez Trucking, Inc. an independent service provider, as a Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver and become a vital part of our dedicated team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy driving and delivering exceptional service to our customers in Riverside, CA. Building location in Bloomington, CA. The ideal candidate has experience driving trucks and makes safety a number one priority. Please keep in mind job is physically demanding, must work in all weather conditions. Schedule will vary based on operational needs which includes weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
  • Load and unload packages, ensuring accurate delivery and handling.
  • Follow delivery routes and schedules to maintain timely service.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding deliveries.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the truck.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns.
  • Comply with all company policies and driving laws 
Requirements:
  • Over the age of 21
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Previous delivery and/or 1 year driving experience within the last 3 years preferred.
  • Minimum 12 box truck or larger
  • Ability to lift or dolly packages from 1lb up to 150 lbs regularly.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
