Job Description Lead AV & Security Installation Technician Seeking an experienced Lead AV & Security Installation Technician to oversee commercial low-voltage installation and integration projects. This is a hands-on lead role responsible for completing installations, troubleshooting systems, directing junior technicians, and ensuring projects are completed to company standards. Key Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on low-voltage and AV integration experience Strong commercial Audio/Visual installation and integration background Hands-on experience with Crestron and Extron systems required Experience installing and troubleshooting displays, projectors, video walls, conferencing systems, DSPs, and AV equipment Security and access control installation experience, including IP cameras and commercial alarm systems Structured cabling experience including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber Rack building, cable management, and basic network configuration Ability to read AV drawings, schematics, architectural plans, and specifications Experience leading and directing technicians in the field Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional client-facing communication Valid driver's license Security/alarm license preferred or ability to obtain Crestron, Extron, AVIXA, CEDIA, BICSI, or similar certifications are a plus Location: San Antonio, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: DOE This is not an entry-level position.
